Hiring: Insurance Operations Intern
Want real exposure to how insurance actually works behind the scenes? This internship is hands-on, fast-paced, and a great entry into fintech & operations.
š¹ Role Overview
Youāll support day-to-day insurance operationsāpolicy processing, reporting, and coordination with insurers like Go Digit and Care Health Insurance.
š¹ What Youāll Do
ā¢ Assist in preparing reports on pending, issued & discrepancy cases
ā¢ Support policy issuance and endorsements
ā¢ Verify KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
ā¢ Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance & issue resolution
ā¢ Identify discrepancies (premium mismatch, incorrect details, etc.)
ā¢ Update and maintain data in MIS/CRM tools
š¹ Who Can Apply
ā¢ Students / recent graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, or related)
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong willingness to learn
ā¢ Good communication skills
ā¢ Basic Excel knowledge
