Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Intern based in Kochi. The Operations Intern will assist in day-to-day operations, support project management activities, and help ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, organizing events, communicating with clients, implementing strategic plans, and driving daily operational tasks that align with the organization's goals and mission.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Basic partnership skills and the ability to engage with clients in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of operations management and experience in organizing and optimizing workflows.
• Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and an ability to work within a team setting.
• Previous experience in community engagement initiatives or internships is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
