Job Summary

We're launching our Operations Internship Program. Details are below:

• Location: Remote (Pune-based candidates only)
• Duration: 3 months
• Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
• Stipend: INR 5,000 - 8,000 per month (based on prior exposure and skills)
• Performance incentives: Up to INR 30,000.
• Convertible to full-time/part-time role or extendable based on performance.

We're seeking a proactive intern to support business development, digital marketing, client operations, and growth initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Job Duties

• Create, design, schedule, and post engaging creatives (graphics, videos, reels, carousels) across FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more.
• Manage social media calendars, analytics, and growth strategies to boost engagement.
• Handle client outreach, negotiations, conversions, and ongoing communications.
• Support project management, including timelines, deliverables, and client updates.
• Collaborate on campaigns, content ideation, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream; marketing/digital preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Basic skills in graphic design, content creation, and client handling.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and hustle mindset.
• Based in Pune only (applications from other regions will be rejected).
• Available for 6 days/week hours (hybrid in Pune).
