Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Intern based in Bengaluru. As an Operations Intern, you will assist in planning and executing operational tasks, supporting project management activities, and optimizing operational processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, assisting in day-to-day operations, hosting sessions. You will work closely with leadership to ensure efficiency and streamline operations at all levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and interpreting data effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Enthusiastic about education and passionate about contributing to impactful projects
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in business management, operations, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Session Support: Assist in moderating live sessions conducted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, ensuring smooth execution and capturing accurate transcripts for future reference.
- Administrative Coordination: Support day-to-day operational tasks, including organising program materials, maintaining documentation, and assisting with scheduling and calendar management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through timely communication, follow-ups, and proactive support to enhance overall experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Admissions, marketing, and program teams) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of initiatives.
