Role Description
This is a full-time internship role for Operations. This is a long-term engagement designed for a student (preferably in their 2nd year) who can commit for 1 year. The selected candidate will assist the critical operational engine of the fund, ensuring high-fidelity data management and efficient workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the end-to-end collection of Demat account information, verify required documentation, and maintain a secure, structured digital repository in Google Drive.
•Take ownership of updating and auditing investor profiles to ensure 100% data integrity and regulatory readiness.
•Support the accounting team with distribution works and financial tracking, maintaining high accuracy in all records.
•Proactively research and integrate AI tools into operational workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
•Maintain master trackers using advanced Excel.
Qualifications
•Must be a current undergraduate student (preferably in the 2nd year) available for a 1-year internship period.
•High proficiency in Excel formulas and data organization; ability to build and maintain complex trackers.
•Strong ability to "get to the ground," research operational bottlenecks, and identify data-driven solutions.
•Enthusiastic about AI integration and familiar with leveraging emerging technology to optimize work.
•A dedicated, "zero-error" approach to document management and financial data entry.
•Location: Based in Coimbatore/Bangalore.
•Education: Pursuing a degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
