Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage on-ground training sessions at client locations.
· Liaise with trainers, client SPOCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
· Handle training logistics including venue readiness, training materials and attendance sheets.
· Ensure participant coordination, including communication of training schedules and session details.
· Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and feedback forms.
· Collect and compile training feedback and reports post-session.
· Ensure adherence to training schedules and program timelines.
· Address any on-ground operational issues to ensure uninterrupted training sessions.
Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Language proficiency – Marathi, Hindi and English.
· Strong coordination and organizational ability.
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Background
· Exposure to corporate training programs, workshops, or educational programs will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with a strong zeal to learn and grow in the training industry are also encouraged to apply.
