Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Operations Intern, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Operations Intern will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business operations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting project management activities, optimizing operational workflows, coordinating with various teams, and preparing reports to track performance metrics. The intern will also be involved in facilitating communication between stakeholders and assisting in sales and client management processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques and strategies to support client acquisition and retention.
- Knowledge of Operations Management to optimize workflows and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles to manage tasks and resources effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
