As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to learn, contribute to operational excellence, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support data management, reporting, and documentation for operational workflows.
• Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management, order processing, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
