Role Description
This role would be a mix of operations, customer success, relationship management, execution, and firefighting when needed at different levels to drive growth.
You would work on:
- Getting documents collected from patients after they have been onboarded by the sales team
- Document Quality Check – Ensure rights of the documents are collected by the patient and notify the patient of the missing documents
- Filling in the claim form as per the patient document and getting the file ready for dispatch to the insurance
- Coordinate with insurance companies to generate claim numbers
- Ensure turnaround time compliance and maintain MIS reporting
P.S. – This is a 3 month internship, with an option to convert full-time basis performance of the individual.
P.P.S. – This is an in-person role based out of our BLR office
Who you are
- Excellent communication – Both verbal and written; You are fluent, patient, and have had some experience either with customer sales or customer relationship
- Good with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Data entry
- Strong work ethic and team skills
- Available for an internship of atleast 3 months, starting immediately
- Languages - Kannada, Malayalam, English
