🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate puja bookings (from request → completion 🙌)
- Manage pandit scheduling across languages (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam) 🌍
- Ensure pandits + samagri reach on time ⏰
- Handle last-minute chaos like a pro 💪
- Support society puja events & on-ground execution 🏢
- Maintain data (bookings, feedback, ratings 📊)
- Help improve customer experience (4.7 ⭐ vibes only 😉)
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English must, regional is a bonus 💯)
- Problem-solving mindset (no panic, only solutions 😌)
- Organized + detail-oriented (you don’t miss things 👀)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Interest in operations, events, or startups 🚀
- Bonus: You understand Indian rituals & poojas 🙏
