Operations Intern

At BlueBrick, we’re working towards making property rentals simpler and more transparent for homeowners and tenants.
We’re looking for an Operations Intern to support our team in managing homeowner data and coordinating basic communication.
This role is ideal for freshers who want practical exposure to how a real estate business operates behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
Updating and maintaining homeowner and property data in Excel
Organizing records and ensuring information is accurate
Connecting with homeowners to confirm or update details
Assisting the team with day-to-day operational tasks
Who should apply:
Freshers or students looking for hands-on experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, etc.)
Comfortable speaking with people over calls/WhatsApp
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
Stipend:
Performance-based (based on output and consistency)
Location & Duration:
Work from home
3 months preferred
