Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as an Operations Intern is based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day operations, assist with project coordination, and manage event logistics. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth execution of events, collaborating with the team on operational strategies, overseeing timelines, and addressing challenges during the planning and delivery phases.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, problem-solving, and implementing process improvements
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective stakeholder and team collaboration
- Experience or interest in Sales to support vendor management and client relationships
- Knowledge or experience in Operations Management to assist in planning and executing events effectively
- Project Management skills for coordinating timelines, resources, and tasks across teams
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of event management is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
