Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Operations Incharge. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing operational workflows, supervising teams, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. The incumbent will be required to analyze operations, manage resources effectively, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams and ensure adherence to workflows
- Proven experience in Operations and Operations Management for process improvement and resource optimization
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and solve problems proactively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in the education or life sciences sectors is an advantage
