About MidgrowMidgrow is a growing digital solutions company working on website development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing. We operate in a fast-paced environment where execution, ownership, and accountability matter more than titles.
Role OverviewThis is not a traditional HR internship.
You will act as the central point for team tracking, hiring support, and client delivery monitoring, working directly with the founder.
Your role is to ensure:
- Work is getting done
- Hiring pipelines are active
- Client deliverables are on track
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Monitoring & Execution
- Track daily work updates from all team members
- Monitor task completion and identify delays
- Follow up with team members for pending tasks
- Maintain structured performance and work reports
- Escalate delays and issues immediately
Client Delivery Tracking
- Monitor all client deliverables (websites, SEO, creatives, etc.)
- Ensure deadlines are met and nothing is missed
- Maintain delivery status reports for internal tracking
Hiring & Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn
- Post job openings and manage applications
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Founder Coordination
- Work directly with the founder on daily operations
- Join meetings for hiring, planning, and execution tracking
- Maintain reports and updates for decision-making
Requirements- Strong discipline and consistency
- Comfortable following up and holding people accountable
- Good communication skills (you must be direct, not hesitant)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / task management tools
- Ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced startup
Preferred- Experience with job portals or recruitment
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
- Based in Indore / Madhya Pradesh
Stipend & Growth- Stipend: Basic (Learning-focused role)
- Direct exposure to real startup operations and hiring
- Work closely with the founder (high responsibility role)
- High performers will be offered full-time roles with better pay
- Growth into Operations / HR leadership roles
