Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Head to join our team at our Delhi office. The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also include managing team performance to meet organizational goals, identifying operational inefficiencies, and ensuring streamlined workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure that the organization operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of service to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Lead and manage daily operations across various departments.
- Handling post admission process (UG/PG/PHD)
- University Management/ University Relationship
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Driving student retention through structured feedback mechanisms, proactive support strategies, and improved CSAT initiatives.
- Coordinating closely with product, tech, and university teams to ensure smooth implementation of tools and process improvements
