Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head – Cloud Kitchen with strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, and proven experience managing multi-store cloud kitchen operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining operations across multiple outlets to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple cloud kitchen locations to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence.
- Standardize kitchen processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor kitchen productivity, order fulfilment timelines, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Enforce comprehensive kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards.
- Ensure staff are trained in food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage kitchen managers and operations teams across multiple locations.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure operational consistency and performance.
- Monitor staff productivity, scheduling, and performance management.
Quality & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent food quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Address operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track operational KPIs including order accuracy, food cost, wastage, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular operational reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications & Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Business Administration, or 5+ relevant field experience
- 5–10 years of experience in food service operations.
- Mandatory experience managing Cloud Kitchens or Multi-Store Food Operations.
- Proven experience in scaling and optimizing kitchen operations.
