Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goa, India, as the Operations Head at Kunde Solar Solutions. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solar installation projects. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Execution experience
• Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Coordination and Resource Allocation
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy Systems and Solar Industry Regulations
• Problem-Solving, Organizational, and Communication skills
• Experience in on-site project supervision and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Management, or a related field
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage
