Role Description
The role also involves analyzing operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting teams in delivering consistent and reliable services. The manager will collaborate with regional teams, technical staff, and leadership to streamline workflows, improve fleet utilization, and ensure service operations meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
· Manage and coordinate service operations across multiple regions to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
· Oversee drone fleet management, including deployment, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking.
· Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring operational targets and service standards are met.
· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control through process optimization and resource management.
· Track and analyze operational data to improve fleet utilization and service quality.
· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure drones are properly maintained and operational.
· Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines related to drone operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or drone operations.
· Experience managing multi-region operations or distributed service teams.
