Operations & Growth Intern – VoorentAbout Voorent
Voorent is building a new-age furniture rental and customization platform focused on making rental living more personal, flexible, and affordable. We are redefining how people furnish their homes through customizable furniture solutions, smart rental experiences, and innovative P2P models.
We are looking for a highly energetic and smart intern who can work across operations, business development, content creation, and AI automation.
This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founding team and gain real startup execution experience across multiple business functions.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations & Vendor Management
- Find and onboard vendors, suppliers, and service partners
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics teams, and customers
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain vendor and inventory records
Business Development
- Reach out to brokers, interior designers, builders, and local partners
- Generate leads and partnerships for Voorent
- Assist in customer acquisition and market expansion
- Support offline and online growth activities
Social Media & Content
- Shoot and edit reels/videos for Instagram and social media
- Create engaging content around furniture, rentals, homes, and customer experiences
- Assist in content planning and trend research
- Basic graphic designing and social media handling
AI & Automation
- Help in building and testing AI agents and automation workflows
- Research AI tools useful for operations, customer support, and growth
- Work with founders on implementing AI-driven systems
Requirements
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Interest in startups, operations, AI, and business growth
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, or AI workflows is preferred
Internship Details
- Duration: 1–3 Months
- Location: Work From Office – Sector 27, Gurgaon
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Stipend: 6000/month
