🚀 WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONS & GROWTH EXECUTIVE
We're looking for someone who can help us build the next growth engine at Marklyt.
This is not a typical desk job.
You'll be working closely with the founder, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects move on time, following up with leads, coordinating with the team, handling client communication, and supporting business growth initiatives.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, staying organized, and driving results, this role is for you.
📍 Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore
🕒 Full-Time (In-Office Only)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

What You'll Do:
• Manage daily operations and workflows
• Track client deliverables and team progress
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Handle client communication and coordination
• Support sales, onboarding, and business growth
• Maintain reports, trackers, and internal systems
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and accountable mindset
• Good follow-up and coordination ability
• Basic understanding of sales and business growth
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and digital tools
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
