Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi for a Graduate Trainee in Operations. The role involves assisting in daily operational activities, coordinating logistics processes, analyzing workflows, and supporting project management. The trainee will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services while learning key processes within the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with advance Excel knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational challenges and devise effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with teams and clients effectively
- Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and Operations Management
- Understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to assist in planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar tools
