We’re now hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to join our GIFT City team and work directly with the CFO and COO to support and scale our operations.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the core of the business, working across operations, finance, and compliance:
- Work closely with banking partners (e.g. DBS) and asset managers to ensure trades, settlements, and fund flows are executed accurately and on time
- Perform daily reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems
- Support bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filings, and payroll processes
- Track and reconcile revenue streams, including trail commissions and fee inflows
- Assist with compliance, transaction monitoring, and regulatory processes
- Liaise with the technology team to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and automation
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, financial data, and business performance to support decision-making
What we’re looking for
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with reconciliations, financial data, and operational processes
- Proactive and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
- Accounting background preferred but not required
