Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for an Operations, Finance & Admin Manager at Dusala India. The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, managing financial processes, and ensuring administrative efficiency. Core responsibilities include budget management, financial reporting, inventory control, vendor coordination, and streamlining workflows. The manager will also play a key role in strategic planning, while ensuring compliance with business policies and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in operations management, supply chain coordination, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budget planning, and understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
- Strong administrative abilities, organizational skills, and experience in managing workflows and business processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with vendors or internal departments.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office or other workflow management systems; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or similar credential is preferred.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
