Operations & Factory Coordination Executive
North Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Monday to Saturday | 9 AM – 6 PM

We are a fast-moving family-run manufacturing business into reprocessing of plastic granules. Our setup is growing, dynamic, and highly execution-driven, which means no two days look the same here.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, coordinating people, and making sure operations run smoothly. If you like responsibility, movement, and being the person who “gets things done,” this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating with clients regarding orders, dispatches, and updates
* Ensuring loading and unloading of materials happens smoothly and on time
* Coordinating with drivers and transport vehicles
* Managing day-to-day execution of client orders
* Supporting operational bookkeeping and maintaining records
* Generating E-Way Bills (EWB) on the portal
* Coordinating with factory workers and supervisors
* Helping maintain quality and operational discipline
* Travelling between factory units when required
* Visiting local markets/vendors for machine parts or urgent requirements
* Handling daily follow-ups, calls, and operational problem-solving

Requirements
* Male candidates preferred
* English & Hindi mandatory
* Kannada is a bonus
* Must own a two-wheeler
* Comfortable travelling locally between factory units
* Basic computer knowledge required
* Fresher with strong attitude can apply
* Prior operations/factory experience is a plus, not mandatory
