About Global Port 3PL:
Global Port 3PL is a U.S.-based logistics provider offering warehousing, drayage, transloading, and fulfillment services. The company supports importers and distributors with efficient inventory management and transportation solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory tracking, inbound/outbound shipments, and truck coordination. The role ensures smooth warehouse functioning and accurate stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
- Handle inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) shipments
- Coordinate with truck drivers and transport partners for timely deliveries
- Track shipments, containers, and warehouse movements
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, dispatch notes, invoices, etc.)
- Update data in Excel / CRM / WMS systems
- Coordinate with U.S. warehouse team for daily operations
- Resolve operational issues and delays proactively
- Ensure proper loading/unloading and space utilization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field, logistics preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in warehouse / logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- Good Excel skills (must)
- Basic understanding of supply chain / transportation
- Good communication skills (English preferred for coordination)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in 3PL / warehouse / freight operations
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Experience handling U.S. or international operations
Salary & Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Incentives: Based on performance and accuracy
