Got a knack for keeping complex travel ops running like clockwork?
We need a detail-oriented Operations Executive to own the backend magic—managing bookings, suppliers, and seamless execution for corporate travel and events.
Team up with our energetic crew to deliver top-tier service for India's leading companies.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings: flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and itineraries via APIs and OTAs
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, DMCs) for quotes, confirmations, negotiations, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure best rates and reliable service
- Handle corporate client queries, changes, and escalations with speed and precision
- Track operations in Google Sheets/Excel, optimize processes, and ensure compliance/budget adherence
- Analyze data for reports and contribute to scaling our tech-driven ops
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in travel operations, backend coordination, or corporate travel support
- Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven vendor management prowess
- Strong negotiation skills for rates, contracts, and vendor partnerships
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, email tools, and travel platforms
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments
