Job Overview:
Holidays Crowd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations and ensure seamless execution of bookings and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end reservations and bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)
Manage booking allotments and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
Work on hotel contracting, including rate negotiation and inventory management
Ensure smooth vendor coordination for timely confirmations and service delivery
Assist with visa processing and documentation coordination
Manage on-trip client coordination and resolve real-time issues
Prepare and share travel vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, support) for smooth execution
Maintain accurate operational records and system updates
What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 3 years of experience in travel operations / backend operations
Hands-on experience in hotel contracting, vendor coordination, and supplier management
Strong understanding of travel processes and execution
Highly enthusiastic with a go-getter attitude
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
