🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and process reservations through the online portal
- Allocate bookings to vendors and confirm details with clients
- Coordinate with drivers for pre-journey readiness and timely updates
- Update dispatch details on the system accurately
- Ensure adherence to defined SLA/TAT for all activities
- Address client queries and resolve complaints effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams (vendor management, admin, billing) for issue resolution
- Escalate and discuss concerns with supervisors/team leads when required
- Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations
🔹 Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle real-time issues
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel/portal handling)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Prior experience in car rental/transport operations is preferred (not mandatory)
