Coordinating with DMCs & hotels

Handling confirmed package execution

Vendor confirmations & documentation

Internal coordination with ticketing, visa & accounts

Managing multiple active files with timelines

Must be:

Detail-oriented

Calm under pressure

Structured in working style

Comfortable handling international itineraries

Outbound holiday operations experience is mandatory.
