Zivaya is a chain of luxury wellness outlets at major chains of hotels, palaces, airports and lounges across India. We offer premium therapies, beauty, spa & hair treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple centers to ensure uniformity in standards- same uniforms, language, front office appearance, and processes across all locations.
- Implement strict SOPs and systems to maintain consistency and ensure teams follow procedures exactly.
- Oversee operations for compliance, training, and performance.
- Handle system processes, audits, and daily management for seamless multi-center operations.
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs, process flows, checklists, and quality controls across locations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for operational alignment and consistency.
- Train teams on processes, monitor compliance via audits, and address gaps for efficiency.
- Support new outlet launches with established systems and standards.
- Take complete ownership of centre operations.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Business Administration, Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in managing multi-location operations (retail, wellness, hospitality, aviation, salon or F&B).
- Proven SOP creation, process implementation, and operational control expertise.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and training skills.
- Proficient in workflow tools, documentation systems, and MS Office.
