Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive/Manager in the jewelry industry, based in Surat. The individual will oversee daily operations related to jewelry manufacturing and design, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities include managing customer service, coordinating training for staff, maintaining high-quality polishing standards, and streamlining workflows across jewelry design and production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jewelry Design and knowledge of Fashion Jewelry trends
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Experience in Polishing and maintaining quality standards in jewelry production
- Ability to deliver effective Training for team members
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage operations efficiently
- Detail orientation to ensure precision and high standards are maintained
- Prior experience in the jewelry industry is preferred but not mandatory
