About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Junior Production Coordinator to support the execution of residential interior fit-out projects. This role involves working closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers during the project execution phase, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in reviewing design drawings and BOQ, and help explain project scope to customers.
- Support in receiving and verifying materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ.
- Coordinate daily with internal teams (Design, Production, Logistics, Installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Share regular updates/progress reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with installation teams to ensure work is carried out as per design and quality standards.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and ensure timely execution of activities.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues to senior team members when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending tasks.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in interiors, construction, or project coordination (freshers with strong interest can also be considered)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Understanding of basic project coordination / scheduling concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
