About the Company
Appointment Flow Agency helps B2B companies generate qualified sales appointments through cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted lead research. We work with clients across industries such as SaaS, marketing agencies, consulting, B2B services, and education in regions including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India.
Location: Remote
Duration: 2–3 Months (Performance-based extension with full-time opportunity)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive Intern to support our day-to-day outreach and client coordination activities.
Leads will be provided by the company. Your role will involve connecting with prospects, managing follow-ups, maintaining lead records, and supporting the team in converting opportunities into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with assigned leads via calls, email, or LinkedIn
- Share basic information about our services and handle initial queries
- Maintain and update lead status in tracking sheets/CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Support daily operational and outreach tasks
- Work towards weekly conversion and activity targets
Compensation
- Fixed stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Performance incentives: ₹500 – ₹2,500 per successful client conversion
