Salary: ₹5,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives (up to ₹15,000)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of our laptop repair services at Fix4Ever. This role is critical to ensuring that all service operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all incoming and ongoing service orders through the internal portal
- Assign new orders to the appropriate vendors or technicians
- Track order progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify delays and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all orders
- Record and manage sales and purchase of components
- Ensure smooth execution of services and maintain service quality
- Report operational issues or delays immediately
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in Hindi is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and documentation ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.)
