We’re looking for a detail-oriented and high-energy Operations Executive Intern to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our video production engine, helping manage and scale the delivery of 500+ videos every month.

✨ What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day video production operations
- Track content across different stages of production
- Ensure quality checks and brand guideline adherence
- Help manage and optimise high-volume creative workflows
- Coordinate between creative teams and management
- Maintain organised documentation and production pipelines
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.
- Prior experience in operations or content production is a plus
