Key Responsibilities (Main But Not Restricted To)
- Operations & order management:
- Track client orders from confirmation through production and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of styles, sizes, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure operational processes run efficiently and on schedule.
- Vendor & supply chain coordination:
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, production vendors, embroidery partners, and logistics providers.
- Monitor vendor timelines and follow up to ensure production schedules are met.
- Client communication:
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order updates, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Share catalogues, quotations, and documentation when required.
- Inventory & documentation:
- Track raw materials, finished goods, and inventory levels.
- Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and operational documentation.
- Process improvement:
- Identify operational challenges and support improvements in workflow efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company timelines and quality standards.
