About Us:
YourHappyLife is a fast-growing health, wellness, and beauty e-commerce brand, aiming to scale our operations to new heights. With ambitious growth plans for the next 18 months, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive person to optimize our end-to-end operations, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Executive, you will be responsible for streamlining and improving our operational efficiency while reducing costs across inventory, warehousing, shipping, and logistics. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations that meet customer expectations, reduce wastage, and directly impact profitability. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day order fulfillment, shipping, and coordination with courier partners
- Maintain accurate inventory records across platforms using software like Uniware, EasyEcom
- Participate in production planning and track inventory on hand
- Reconcile orders, shipping data, and returns across Shopify, EasyEcom, and Shiprocket
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets
- Analyze operational data and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi for vendor and team coordination
- Handle basic negotiations with vendors and partners for better operational outcomes
- Courier bill reconciliation, vendor bills and payment
- Product QC if require visit vendor place
- Rate negotiate with the vendor.
- Production planning 100% SLA made with strong follow up with the vendor
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is smart, sharp, and extremely street-savvy—a problem solver who can think on their feet and adapt to challenges.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations/logistics (preferably in D2C/eCommerce/FMCG)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Exposure to inventory/order management tools (Uniware, EasyEcom) is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
- Prior experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms
- Ability to work under pressure
