Operations Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage RFQs, streamline order processing, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients. This role is critical in delivering a smooth procurement and fulfillment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process RFQs (Requests for Quotations) efficiently to ensure quick turnaround
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, vendors, logistics) for timely quotation submissions
- Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle — from confirmation to final delivery
- Monitor order progress and ensure strict adherence to timelines
- Track shipments and proactively share status updates with clients
- Maintain accurate documentation including invoices, dispatch details, and order records
- Identify potential delays/issues and escalate proactively to ensure resolution

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or procurement is a plus
