Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive (EV Fleet) based in Gurugram. The Operations Executive will handle the day-to-day operations, manage EV fleet logistics, oversee the efficiency of operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves optimizing processes, ensuring timely maintenance, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders to meet service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in operations and operations management to oversee daily fleet activities efficiently.
- Analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and improve operational challenges and workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in the EV or transportation industry and familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
