🚀 We’re Hiring: Executive Administrator (Immediate Joiners Preferred):
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support leadership and manage regional coordination, operations, and client communication—primarily for our Bangalore operations.
Role Description:
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take ownership across executive support, coordination, and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the Board of Directors
- Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements seamlessly
- Screen and handle calls, emails, and client interactions professionally
- Coordinate and manage client communication and regional activities (Bangalore focus)
- Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication across the organization
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and support implementation of operational improvements
- Align closely with the Board’s working style and priorities, anticipating needs proactively
- Maintain and update client data, records, and internal systems accurately
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation as required
- Support business development activities with coordination and documentation
- Proactively track deadlines, schedules, and key deliverables, ensuring leadership is always informed
- Coordinate interdepartmental meetings, communications, and workflows
- Handle both business and occasional personal administrative tasks with ownership and discretion
- Ensure continuity of operations by documenting processes, identifying irregularities, and recommending solutions
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and independently drive initiatives that add value
- Continuously explore and implement new ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
