Qualification: Minimum Graduate.
Experience: 4-5 years’ experience from Service Centre background
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- To send all connection vehicle report and prealert to Hub
- To send daily c/bags report
- To send unconnected report
- To send hold shipment report which is on hold for data URL
- To send before and after cut-off shipment report to hub
- To follow up and timely reporting on exceptional cases and reduce the same
- To send information to shipper and concern customer service in case of damage and lost
- To check all the possibilities to finding the shipment at origin
- To send bagging details to hub to finding the c/bag if missing
- To follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the p/u cut off time
- To Release the vehicle on time to hub for next transit connection as per TAT.
