About YCare
YCare is building the healthcare workforce platform of the future. We're looking for a proactive Operations Executive to help us build and scale our day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the founding team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both healthcare professionals and customers.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate nurse onboarding, profile verification, and documentation.
- Match nurses with hospitals, clinics, families, and healthcare organizations.
- Manage booking requests and confirmations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare partners for staffing requirements.
- Monitor daily operations and prepare operational reports.
- Collect customer and nurse feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in building and improving operational processes (SOPs).
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and take ownership.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
