Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Visakhapatnam and Vijaywada. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with home chefs, monitor logistics, and ensure timely delivery of meals. They will also manage operational efficiency, handle quality assurance processes, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
- Ability to manage logistics and maintain quality assurance standards
- Proven experience in operational roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
