Role Overview:
you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues, and driving a positive user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer inquiries over e-mail, phone, and chat.
- Taking period ownership of issues raised by users/ experts and working with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve them at the earliest for customer delight.
- Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.
- Capturing customer feedback and channeling to internal teams for appropriate action.
- Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required
Requirement :
- Recent Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
- Willing to work in the rotational shift with weekdays as weekly off
Salary: As per Company standards
Working Structure: 5 days a week with rotational shifts, from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
