Executive – Student Success Team (SST)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing queries and providing timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive and supportive experience
- Guide students on processes, timelines, and expectations throughout their journey
- Coordinate with internal teams to assist students in resolving academic or process-related challenges
- Monitor student progress and proactively provide support where required
- Address and resolve student concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Serve as a liaison between students and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 0-1 years of experience
