Role Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning across inventory, procurement, and order execution.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands fast-paced kitchen environments and can manage both operations and coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities
🥘 Kitchen Operations
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch
- Maintain kitchen discipline, SOPs, and hygiene standards
📦 Inventory & Procurement
- Manage stock, inventory, and wastage control
- Plan and execute daily/weekly purchases
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability
🤝 Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management
- Ensure zero stock-outs during service hours
- Handle vendor follow-ups and issue resolution
📊 Reporting & Control
- Maintain daily records of stock, purchases, and usage
- Track expenses and basic operational data
- Ensure documentation and compliance are up to date
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Catering Technology / Hotel Management / Food Production
- 1–3 years experience in cloud kitchen / restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflows and inventory management
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setup
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
