Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end processing of Insurance cases. The role involves coordination with sales teams, insurers, and lenders, along with occasional field work for operational requirements such as cheque submission and document handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Process loan cases received from sales/DSA channels
• Verify proposal forms, KYC documents, and loan-related details for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting, queries, and policy issuance
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure within TAT
• Maintain proper records of issued policies, pending cases, and discrepancies
• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and policy servicing requests
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales/accounts) for smooth transaction processing
• Visit banks/insurers/partners when required for cheque submission, document collection, or operational follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Maintain daily MIS reports for tracking issuance, pendency, and operational efficiency
Key Skills Required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic understanding of insurance and financial products
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Good communication skills (English & Gujarati preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet timelines
