We’re hiring our first Operations Executive at Tripsitter 🌿
Tripsitter is a travel-tech startup being built from Wayanad- connecting travelers with trusted local experience providers for real, experience-driven travel.
From off-road adventures and hidden local experiences to cultural weddings, local hosts, drivers, and unique travel support - Tripsitter helps travelers instantly find the right people for the right experience.
We’re about to launch, and we’re looking for one person on the ground who knows Wayanad, loves meeting people, and wants to help build something meaningful from Day 1.
📍 Location: Wayanad, Kerala (Full-time, In-person)
🚀 Role: Operations Executive — Founding Team Member

What you’ll do:
→ Meet and onboard local guides, drivers, hosts, and experience providers
→ Help create and manage their profiles on the platform
→ Coordinate trips and experiences between travelers and Tripsitters
→ Handle customer support through WhatsApp and calls
→ Manage and coordinate interns on-ground
→ Work closely with the marketing, tech, and accounts team to keep operations running smoothly
→ Become the face of Tripsitter operations in Wayanad
Who we’re looking for:
✅ Local to Wayanad — must know the area well
✅ Malayalam & English communication skills
✅ Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp & Google Sheets
✅ Own bike for field travel
✅ Good with people and team coordination
✅ Startup mindset — ready to build, learn, and grow
