About Times Of India:

Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage employee exit clearances, consultant operations, invoice processing, and coordination activities across teams. The role requires strong ownership, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end exit formalities for employees, ensuring timely coordination, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and closure of all required processes.
- Maintain and regularly update the consultant tracker/sheet, engagement details, updates, documentation, and related lifecycle tracking with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle CAS/PO creation and approval coordination for all expenses under TOI employees and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure invoices and documentation are processed accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain proper records and audit-ready documentation for all transactions.
Coordination & Calendar Management:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track deadlines, approvals, renewals, and follow-ups proactively.
- Support smooth operational execution across HR and business teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and documentation management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in HR operations, vendor/consultant management, or coordination roles is preferred
