Working model: Onsite
Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend availability when required)
Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Budget: 25 - 30k (depending on experience)
Experience: 1 - 2 years (Freshers with strong soft skills are also welcome to apply)
About the Role: We are looking for a warm, organized, and articulate Operations Executive to be the first point of human contact for users exploring our platform. Your role will be to guide users through the SoulSensei experience from introducing the platform to assisting with session bookings and ensuring a smooth, supported journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is empathetic and confident on calls, and has an interest in well-being and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings
- Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
- Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions
- Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise
- Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
- Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
- Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with empathy and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident on phone/video calls, calm and people-friendly demeanor
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, wellness coordination, or telesales is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication and soft skills are encouraged to apply
